  • 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced

  • A few sprigs of mint

  • Fill with cold water + ice


2. Cucumber-Lemon Refresher

  • 5–6 cucumber slices

  • 2 lemon wheels

  • Fill with cold water + ice


3. Orange-Blueberry Boost

  • 2 orange slices (cut in quarters)

  • A handful of fresh blueberries

  • Fill with cold water + ice

Preparation

Let the water sit for at least 10 minutes so the flavors can infuse. These combos are perfect in a reusable water bottle for games, practice, or even the school day.
